The staff was Exceptional from the phone call, to registering, to the care of everyone that I came in contact with. Donna was the BEST I ever had. I wish I could have her as my primary. She talked to me as a person not in language I couldn't understand. I would highly recommend WellNow. Thank you to everyone!!
I can truly say that my experience at WellNow Urgent Care was great. They are friendly, efficient and Dan the PA was knowledgeable and very helpful in giving me the information I needed to speed up my recovery. This is definitely a place I will frequently come to for excellent service. In addition I do not want to leave out any praise for George and Natalia who make up an excellent staff.
Very polite caring and helpful young lady at the front desk. Very clean and organized ! They have coffee and frozen drinks in the waiting room. Donna, the PA, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hrs with xrays taken ! My new go to place for urgent care !!
First time going to an urgent care. Love the process from the very beginning. Check in was very easy front staff very friendly and helpful. The tech who took my sons vitals very friendly face and polite. I am so happy with my experience.
I recently visited Wellness Now with a severe reaction to a bee sting. The entire staff was very professional, courteous and pleasant. Dr. Klinger and her staff get a 10 from me. I was very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Klinger was patient while discussing my treatment plan. I never felt rushed. I was very pleased with the care I received.
