Dr. Donna Klingler was amazing. When I first walked in the door she immediately asked what happened and when. She was instantly concerned. Usually you don’t speak to the Provider or even see them until they come in for a minute and then just restate everything their medical staff said. I went to this urgent care after an ankle sprain and my work place requiring a 3 day follow up. I went to an ER days prior and got sent home in an aircast and crutches which is what I showed up to my appointment in. The doctor walked in and asked me very basic questions more so about the incident but not my pain or discomfort. She asked me to wiggle my toes but I hesitated and took a little longer than she wanted me to and she went on to say “oh come on now” and minimized my pain. WellNow Urgent Care was amazing. They were caring, fast, efficient, and the facility was clean. Bonus: they had a slush puppie machine. Maybe being sick isn’t so bad after all.
So I see they deleted my review probably to hide the malpractice their doctors preform. I went there for a dog bite wound and the doctor I saw refused to clean the wound. Didn't wash it out didn't put a bandage on my leg. She just looked at it and said that's fine and when I asked if that's all she's gonna do she said yeah. Then I get a bill for 200 dollars for what. Your doctor refused to clean.my wound but she will still charge me. This happened over the summer and I call a few times a month and no one will give me answers... read more
I don’t typically leave reviews let alone negative reviews. However the service in this MEDICAL CLINIC is horrendous. I went to the clinic with an appointment, I was helped an hour and a half later. Their excuse was oh I need a room available. There were only 3 people there and when I eventually let in there was no one in the back rooms. Furthermore I have been calling them every day this week for my results and only once I have been answered to which she quickly hung up on me.
