So I see they deleted my review probably to hide the malpractice their doctors preform. I went there for a dog bite wound and the doctor I saw refused to clean the wound. Didn't wash it out didn't put a bandage on my leg. She just looked at it and said that's fine and when I asked if that's all she's gonna do she said yeah. Then I get a bill for 200 dollars for what. Your doctor refused to clean.my wound but she will still charge me. This happened over the summer and I call a few times a month and no one will give me answers... read more
This is my go-to urgent care facility when we cannot see our primary doctor for an immediate concern. The staff are attentive, friendly, courteous, professional and compassionate. Wait times are reasonable and care is excellent. They are great with children, putting them at ease. If prescriptions are needed, they can usually send them right to your pharmacy. And they always follow up a few days post visit to see how you’re doing. It’s a thoughtful touch.
Charismatic staff. A clean & welcoming environment with coffee, hot chocolate, slushies & snacks!!! Staff was very attentive & helpful. Doctor was thoughtful, kind and responsive. I did not feel rushed. It was a very pleasant experience-definitely will go back!!!
The staff was Exceptional from the phone call, to registering, to the care of everyone that I came in contact with. Donna was the BEST I ever had. I wish I could have her as my primary. She talked to me as a person not in language I couldn't understand. I would highly recommend WellNow. Do Not pay with a credit or debit card. They save this information and their billing department will send you an email and tell you they that the full amount will be taken out on a certain date. They do have payment options. The support staff was very polite and efficient. The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to discuss my symptoms and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this facility.
