The staff was great the moment I walked in. They were so accommodating and understanding. George, the medical assistant who took care of me was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
I called in advance to make sure they could treat my 5yo non verbal ASD son experiencing a croup cough and a fever. He is terrified of any doctors office settings, but I needed him to get checked and medicated. They said to bring him in and they would help me get him checked and treated. The PA, Donna K. I came in seeking care for a sinus infection—a condition I have a history with and one that typically requires antibiotics for me to recover. With travel coming up, I wanted to be proactive and prevent it from worsening. Charismatic staff. A clean & welcoming environment with coffee, hot chocolate, slushies & snacks!!! Staff was very attentive & helpful. Doctor was thoughtful, kind and responsive. I did not feel rushed. It was a very pleasant experience-definitely will go back!!!
So I see they deleted my review probably to hide the malpractice their doctors preform. I went there for a dog bite wound and the doctor I saw refused to clean the wound. Didn't wash it out didn't put a bandage on my leg. She just looked at it and said that's fine and when I asked if that's all she's gonna do she said yeah. Then I get a bill for 200 dollars for what.
