Margit Erkkila at WellNow Urgent Care in Alpena, Michigan, is a truly caring person. She treated me like I mattered, and is obviously very knowledgeable in the medical field. The whole staff at WellNow were just great and I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who might find themselves in urgent need of medical care. 5 stars x 10.

I had a great visit . Everyone was so professional efficient and genuinely caring . Mandy was at the front desk and she was amazing. Erin did my vitals and she was wonderful . Cecelia was so understanding and actually listened to me. She gave appropriate treatment to get me on the road to recovery . I was not feeling very well and everyone was very empathetic. Wonderful team !!!

All staff were attentive and empathetic. I was seen within minutes - of course my symptoms elevated on a weekend after my own health providers office hours were closed. MA Laurie, and NP Laura were very thorough, timely, explained things, answering all my questions. Facilities were very clean!

I had made an appointment online for 9:50. I was so sick and did not feel being around anyone would be a good idea. Long story short I was in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours! They were taking walk ins still and had other scheduled people. If they were so backed up they should have took down online bookings. I was told they don't let you stay in your car to wait and the waiting area was packed. I had a hard time breathing and my body hurt so bad. The ability to sign in on the website and make an appointment was very helpful. The staff was all friendly, professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the service I received and am starting to heal!
