I needed a last minute work physical. No hassle, no wait, very friendly staff. I was very impressed with how the waiting room was spacious and designed with children in mind. Service was prompt and I was successful on my trip there. Thank you for your service.
We came to this clinic on Sunday with my husband and it was an absolute pleasure. We would have to wait hours in ER In Ontario, but we decided to cross the border and get treated at this clinic. We were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who was kind and considerate. We were then treated by outstanding and knowledgeable medical staff at the clinic. Kind, knowledgable and compassionate. I've been to many urgent care facilities across the state since I travel often for work. I consistently try to find a WellNow since I can count on always being seen quickly by professional, knowledgeable staff. My most recent visit in Ogdensburg saw me getting in within 5 minutes of walking through the door and I was back in my car and home in under 45 minutes. Illness related visit, seen that day with complete care and ease, picked up meds, ready 5 minutes later at Kim Ro’s pharmacy nearby! Amazing! Accepted my out of state insurance (Blue Cross). I went to the Urgent Care Wellness Clinic in Ogdensburg. The staff were both professional and friendly. There was no wait and the NP knew exactly what was wrong. She immediately sent my prescription to the pharmacy and I had it right away.
