This was my first visit, and I was so impressed! I needed stitches in my chin. So friendly and efficient! I was seen promptly and felt heard and well cared for. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Registration was a breeze. Waiting room great, especially with snacks and slushies for kids, selection of coffee for adults. I was a walk in, seen right away. NP Ben was great and professional. So fortunate Ogdensburg has such a great place for urgent care! Very clean, too.
I needed a last minute work physical. No hassle, no wait, very friendly staff. I was very impressed with how the waiting room was spacious and designed with children in mind. Service was prompt and I was successful on my trip there. Thank you for your service.
I dealt with 3 people during my visit, the receptionist, the guy who took my vitals & Ben. They couldn’t have been more welcoming & friendly. I would definitely return to their practice for any kind of medical issue!
They made me feel very happy with the services they provided for me when I went in for a upper respiratory infection. From the doctors to the nursing staff and even the receptionist, they all made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be continuing to go there and my children.
Illness related visit, seen that day with complete care and ease, picked up meds, ready 5 minutes later at Kim Ro’s pharmacy nearby! Amazing! Accepted my out of state insurance (Blue Cross).
