They made me feel very happy with the services they provided for me when I went in for a upper respiratory infection. From the doctors to the nursing staff and even the receptionist, they all made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be continuing to go there and my children.
We had such a great experience at WellNow urgent care! We were in town on vacation and were very impressed with the clean office, kind and knowledgeable staff, and ease of making an appointment. There was zero wait time and plenty of same day appointments available. We brought our 8 year old kids in and they were seen quickly and absolutely LOVED the complimentary slushies on their way out. We were so grateful to have found this place!
Got right in and was seen and met with kind and knowledgeable staff. Treated my daughter with care and urgency. Actually listened to us about our concerns. Was a great experience. In and out, off to the pharmacy to pick up meds all within an hour.
Easy to schedule and register online for same day appointments, essentially no wait time to get into the room, see the nurse, or see the provider. The staff were pleasant and very gentle with my sons (ages 1 and 6). I felt myself and my son were heard. Completed diagnostic tests and prescribed treatment were appropriate and helpful. Slushies and snacks were just icing on the cake! I will be going here for our urgent care needs in the future.
First visit was easy! Quick and painless registration, providers were caring and compassionate and actually LISTENED to my issues and prescribed meds that helped with the first dose! When I went to check out I was informed my insurance covered the whole visit. Top it off with a follow up to ask how I was feeling today. From the time I left my office and arrived at the facility, registered, triage, seen by the provider and went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and drove back to work I was only gone less than 45 minutes!
