I wish I could give WellNow Urgent Care 10 stars. I was visiting Canada and had an issue with my medication. Luckily I was close to the border and able to get an appointment right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The NP understood my situation and went above and beyond to help me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very pleased with our first-ever visit to WellNow in Ogdensburg, NY. They had a friendly, competent front desk staff that dealt with the VA seamlessly. The rooms were pleasant, neat, orderly, and clean. The physicians assistant who treated me was efficient and friendly, but never overly anything. All on a Sunday.
This was my first visit, and I was so impressed! I needed stitches in my chin. So friendly and efficient! I was seen promptly and felt heard and well cared for. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Registration was a breeze. Waiting room great, especially with snacks and slushies for kids, selection of coffee for adults. I was a walk in, seen right away. NP Ben was great and professional. So fortunate Ogdensburg has such a great place for urgent care! Very clean, too.
We were greeted upon arrival. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Our wait time was minimal. I didn’t feel rushed. My husband was treated and given advice to follow up with his doctor or a specialist
We were traveling from out of state when I had an unexpected medical issue. Luckily I was able to get treatment at your facility. It was quick and easy and I was on my way. Thanks so much.
