Wonderful experience and genuine friendly helpful staff. And clean waiting areas and inside the room while waiting for nurse /doctor , there is a monitor on the wall with facts about the human body which I loved so much. Thank you to everyone who helps make this experience for those of us not feeling well , a pleasurable and memorable one. 🙏🙏🙏
My husband I were both very impressed with our visit today. We brought my daughter in because she had had multiple coughing fits the previous night. Every staff member was kind and professional, there was a minimal wait time, we felt listened to, and the online appointment portal was very user friendly. We definitely plan to come back here in the future
Excellent care! Immaculate facility. Excellent exam from Doug. I highly recommend this Urgent Care over the others that are local. Please fix your phone access. Way too frustrating to reach you. Setting up portal access is impossible.
This is my second time visiting WellNow in Catskill. It was again a pleasant experience. Just like the first time I was in, from the moment I walked in the door, the staff were courteous, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Thank you to all of them for being both professional and caring when I was feeling pretty terrible.
Second time going to WellNow Urgent Care in Catskill. Both times, everyone from reception to doctors were kind, helpful, professional and really listened to concerns. I would definitely recommend this place 100%. Drove a few miles out of my way to go there but worth the extra miles! First time I even got a follow up call a few days later to see how everything was. They even have coffee and slushy machines! Who knew!!🙂
