They are excellent!!! I took my son and daughter there, and I was amazed how quickly they were seen and they were so professional!!! Danielle Rodriguez,PA was exceptional and so professional! They even had a slushy machine and coffee machine in the waiting room. The best thing is that you can book your appointment online and skip the line in the waiting room! That was great, especially when I had sick kid and a baby… Thank you for all, we will definitely continue to use your services!
Everyone there is amazing, caring and compassionate. I would recommend WellNow to everyone. I was in and out in less than an hour. The best Urgent Care I have ever been to! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!
Every visit I’ve made here has been absolutely above expectation. The staff is always so kind and gracious, it’s efficient, the spaces are impeccably clean, and the nurse practitioners and all other employees always really take the time to listen and to answer all my questions. Given how difficult it is to make a doctors appointment these days, I’ve had to rely on WellNow a handful of times since moving here. I feel incredibly lucky that we have them in the area!
I want to express my gratitude for the kindness and exceptional care my mom, who has dementia, received from the staff from the moment of check-in to the end of the visit. Hands down best doctors office! Glad they came to catskill I will never step foot in a “urgent” care again. They have been great when I brought my kids and even when I went for myself they helped me keep calm, keep my aniexty down when I sliced my hand open just went above and beyond. Great location, great people super professional and welcoming.
