I had a great experience at Wellnow Urgent care in Catskill. The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait long and the doctor spent time to listen and give excellent advice. I would recommend this urgent care clinic and it’s where I will go if/when I need an urgent visit again.
The young lady who was at the counter was kind and helpful. The doctor that I saw listened and discussed the options and when I was concerned about a specific medication he offered me a different choice and explained the benefits of both choices. The gentleman that I met was both the professional and a human being. It was most appreciated.
My son saw the PA Doug and he was awesome. My son had been seen earlier in the week for a possible concussion and told he didn't have one. We got a second opinion from wellnow and Doug C. was our provider and he was very thorough in his exam, actually listened to my son explain his symptoms, he had a great bedside manor, and explained all of the things that would accompany a concussion and the worst case scenarios. I would 100% recommend someone to be seen by him.
Wonderful experience and genuine friendly helpful staff. And clean waiting areas and inside the room while waiting for nurse /doctor , there is a monitor on the wall with facts about the human body which I loved so much. Thank you to everyone who helps make this experience for those of us not feeling well , a pleasurable and memorable one. 🙏🙏🙏
Clean and bright upon entering. No waiting at all. My info was taken by a very pleasant worker and immediately placed in a room. The nurse quickly took my vitals and Patricia came right in. My meds were waiting at Walgreens by the time I got there.
