My husband I were both very impressed with our visit today. We brought my daughter in because she had had multiple coughing fits the previous night. Every staff member was kind and professional, there was a minimal wait time, we felt listened to, and the online appointment portal was very user friendly. We definitely plan to come back here in the future
this business is run very well. Everyone is so polite and knowledgeable. The office is very clean. They cater to their patients. Coffee tea and water is offered. They have a slushy machine for the children plus a Pac-Man arcade video game. This is what medical care should be making the patient as comfortable as possible during their illness. The nurses and doctors listen to what you have to tell them they do not rush you out the door. They explain what you have in detail that you understand.
We were at Wellcare today with a sick child. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness. We have in the past had urgent care issues with not being heard and respected. This location was amazing. I fully recommend . It's very comfortable and inviting. We will most definitely be going back. 😊
Kindness stood out to me- whilst maintaining professionalism, the service managed to intertwine humanity into fruitful and thorough service on all ends. From reception to nurses to the doctor themselves, solutions were provided and I felt listened to- which I cannot say I have experienced at many healthcare facilities. This has been the best experience at any urgent care!! I was in and out in 20 mins, the NP was efficient and knowledgeable, my meds were called in immediately. Such a great experience even though I was very sick!
