Very good urgent care! The nicest staff and the coolest waiting room I’ve ever seen in an urgent care! The have slush puppies, snacks, juice, coffee, water and a pac man machine! Highly recommend
Great experience. The office was very nice and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I felt very cared for. Definitely the go place for urgent care. Shout out to Danny, such a personable, kind, upbeat guy! He was 1000/10, this place is lucky to have him!
Facility was nice and clean, had some snacks, juices and a slush puppy machine in lobby. Desk staff was a little rude, she was the same once we went into room. The Dr was very nice and personable. Over all nice facility, was in and out within 35 mins.
Booked two time slots in advance, 8 hours prior to coming in. When we arrived the girl at the desk who was playing on her phone and who you could barely hear when she spoke, informed me that there is not an actual doctor on site! Not even a nurse practitioner! We have been waiting 20 minutes and are the only ones here. They said they will conduct our tests. But I’m not even sure they are licensed nurses because they look like front desk gals. A great urgent care. I was greeted by Emily who got me into a room promptly. She did great for triage. And not even 5 minutes later the nurse practitioner, Amanda seen me. She was great and very attentive to all my concerns. Highly recommend
