Went there because my daughter fell off her scooter and her arm looked bad and hurt. The staff were phenomenal, and t was a quick visit (unfortunately, their X-ray couldn’t work for her because she is so small so they sent me to the ER). However, their billing department is shady as heck and impossible to work with! They have my insurance information, but did not run it through insurance. It was really easy to sign in and we were seen quickly for my daughter’s ear infection. The staff were really kind and patient with us. The doctor was attentive and kind, both to my sick daughter and also to her sister who was definitely wanting to be included. They made sure that we were set for a prescription and didn’t rush us out even though we got there right before they closed. Thankful to be seen so quickly!
Everyone was so very nice! The office is so very clean! My experience was great! The doctor took her time with me asking several questions and answering all mine! I felt cared for! I highly recommend WellNow!
I have been sick as a dog for a few days and Amy Hendricks was so nice and got me exactly what I needed. The staff at the desk was really nice, the facility is clean, I got in right away with a same-day appointment, and they even have snacks and slushees in the front! I grabbed some animal crackers which came in handy to settle my stomach later. Worth the extra 15 min drive to get there, instead of the Baptist by my house, for sure.
I have gone to this Urgent Care 3 times due to convenience. I am very frustrated and will never return. The first visit, the doctor prescribed me medication. It was prescribed incorrectly. The second time, I took my son. Although I provided insurance information, it was not billed through his insurance. I provided the information a second time. Yet, the insurance was still not billed.
