I was in and out in around 30 minutes, great service. Very convient. Very customer service oriented. Staff was kind. Building was clean and warm. They have snacks and drinks for patients. Staff listened to my concerns and took me serious. I felt like they actually cared. I would 1000% recommend.
What a joke they are trying to charge me over 800.00 saying I don't have insurance. I have provided them the insurance information 3 times. At the facility and twice to the home office. Still say I don't have it. Also they never even provided me with the results of the labs they supposedly sent off and never followed up as they stated they would in my discharge when they know what was causing me to be sick. It's OK I ended up getting the results at a real Dr! It only cost 30.00 and they had no problems billing my insurance!... read more
It was really easy to sign in and we were seen quickly for my daughter’s ear infection. The staff were really kind and patient with us. The doctor was attentive and kind, both to my sick daughter and also to her sister who was definitely wanting to be included. They made sure that we were set for a prescription and didn’t rush us out even though we got there right before they closed. Thankful to be seen so quickly!
We had a great experience! The staff is kind, efficient and the office is nice clean. Dr. Hendricks was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!
Best Urgent Care Ever! I was in & out in 30 min. I had a dose of my antibiotic there to get me started. I will refer my family & friends. They are awesome!
