Clinic had a really comfortable atmosphere, Zephaniah at the front desk was very friendly. I got taken right back to a room, the medical assistant Autumn H made me very comfortable after being nervous about testing. Bridget the NP was very knowledgeable. I was fully satisfied with my visit even with the clinic being busy, would absolutely go there again when needed. They offered snacks and toys while waiting. Thank you for a wonderful visit
I had a great experience at Lewiston WellNow Urgent Care. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The LPN took all the necessary information, and was very caring. The NP then attentively listened to the reason for my visit, and we agreed on the course of action. The radiological tech then performed her duties with the same friendliness, calm and professionalism as the others ! The facility was quiet, clean, and very well coordinated. That why it gets "5 stars".
As a medical professional myself, I appreciated the compassion and care that went into taking care of my daughter. The NP Bridget and nurse was very thorough on her assessment of my daughter. The building was clean, the testing was quick and we received the medications as discussed. From booking the visit to discharge we were there for 1 hour and 20 mins. Which was exceptional since my daughter is 5 and she underwent several test. I highly recommend! Respectfully, Chantel Michel/AGPCNP-BC
One of my daughters had to go Tuesday and I had to go Wednesday. Melitta was fantastic both times, as she has been in the past. Def recommend her hands down Had a little glitch with some of the scripts, but they took care of it immediately Young man at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful
Very quick in and out service. I booked an appointment in advance and preregistered online. Staff was courteous and kind. The NP listened to, acknowledged, and suitably answered my concerns.
