3.24.25 Outstanding! The facility is clean, calm, and quiet. The lovely lady at the reception desk was patient, efficient, and welcoming. The assistant who took my information was the same. I saw Dr. Manvir, who had me sorted in a matter of minutes and out the door with information and scripts sent to my pharmacy. All of this, after being offered an appointment in August by the dermatologist office I had contacted that morning. I was cared for from door to door by an efficient, caring staff. If I could give no stars, I would. WellNow provided terrible medical services to my daughter and charged me $1,000 when they should have billed my insurance company, but did not. Many excuses later (billing ticket created with no followup, they cant call my insurance company for whatever BS reason, etc, etc). Run fast from this organization!
If you have Blue Cross then on the weekends Well Now is overcharging $60 rather than my $15 urgent care copay on my car . Well Now Lewiston is using the excuse the BCbS billing department is closed on weekends.
