I live in Decatur and went to WellNow to have a Penrose drain removed from a surgery performed in Carmel Indianapolis as opposed to driving to Indy or paying the higher price of a hospital ER. Was pleasantly surprised, the place was super clean, even had a slushy machine there. The receptionist/ tech was sweet, friendly and professional and the medical assistant was a surgical assistant for years. She was warm, professional, and informative. This is the second time I've been to Well Now. The first was with my son. They went the extra mile with him to make sure he was properly treated & comfortable. Best urgent care experience we'd ever had. I went last week with a middle ear infection. They had me in & out within 40 minutes. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vital ladies, to the doctor, were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Plus they have a slushie machine. With 2 different flavors.
They were awesome and actually cared. Almost no waiting. Staff was super nice. So thankful for them. 10/10 would definitely recommend
NP Sarah was fantastic and thorough. Listened to all my concerns and quickly diagnosed my issue. She gave me medication and was feeling better 2 days later. She even called to check in on me!
It was an amazing new clean place and everyone was so very nice and also I got a coffee mug and they have a slushie machine in their waiting room oh my goodness! I have had three trips over there in the past 6 months and at all times I was brought right into the back and the nurse did her thing then the doctor came in did his thing and then I left in less than 40 minutes.
