Update - Adam came out to help with a suspected leak within 24h of me calling, and took the time to troubleshoot until resolved. Absolutely amazing company. They went above and beyond. We ran out of propane with 6 dogs and these horrible temperatures. They brought propane over to get us by until the big truck could come and fill the entire tank. This company is a family owned business and truly cares!
I woke up to a freezing cold house this morning after unexpectedly running out of heating fuel. I called Wendt's and Dustin was out to our home within about 40 mins! Got our furnace up and running again in no time! Thank you so much!
I’m very happy we switched to Wendt’s. Customer service is always great, being able to order fuel and pay online is a plus. I like that they give 30 days to pay your bill. Their team is so efficient, I ordered fuel in the morning and got my delivery that afternoon. I no longer fear being without heat since switching to them.
Excellent service -I called at the end of the business day to set up service, they set up for the next day to see where they could put the tank, which would happen in a few days. Later, I realized I overestimated what we had in previous supplier's tank and called the next morning to say so but I didn't need to, bc the owner (I think?) had already had the forethought to send a tank with some propane just in case❤️. It was such a relief! Also-their rates are cheaper than my previous supplier! Thank you Wendt's🙂
