I waited over 6 MONTHS for my appointment, to a get a simple, but much needed prescription refill. Dr. Kim cancelled my appointment, just a few days prior to my appointment. And the office offered to reschedule me 10 months later!!!! I’m supposed to wait 1.5 YEARS to get a prescription refill!?!?!?!?!!! Unbelievable beyond words….

No answer or follow up , also she don't help to get approval from insurance company ,all Admin work very bad .
