Kind and caring, great listener, very competent
Our doctor left CHA because of an overseas move and we had to change doctors for our kids. Dr. Roberts is a terrible pediatrician. She does not follow up or actually prepare for office visits. She actually told me I needed to get her records that she has access to online. She even had the audacity to tell me that she didn't have the medical history of our daughter who has gone to this same clinic for over 11 years. I told her to call the old doctor in New Zealand. I changed our PCP immediately.
