I’ve had several physicians throughout my 50 years of living and I can truly say Dr. Penn has been one of the BEST! He listened to my needs and was able to immediately give me answers….he actually listens! Bed side manners are off the radar! I was referred to him by four other family members who agrees that he’s a great, knowledgeable doctor.
