Wes’s Heating was very responsive to my call for AC unit not working. They communicated directly and timely which I found refreshing! The quote and repair process was exactly as explained and expected. Highly recommend!
With multiple quotes form other HVAC companies, the choice was easy for us, to go with Wes’s Heating and Cooling. From the tech measuring the rooms and explaining how the exterior install will be down to the equipment being used, neither of the multiple other companies did any of the leg work that was performed with Wes’s. Our AC went out on the first hot day of the season. I called Wes' and had a tech there within an hour. Was given options for the problem. We had them replace our unit. They were so professional. We won't call any other company for our heating and cooling needs
We had multiple units installed. They were on schedule, super professional, and friendly. We would highly recommend Wes’s Heating and Cooling!
Our service tech Steve was on time & polite. He fixed the issue quickly and took the time to teach me how to maintain the filters while he was there, despite that not being the reason we called him. We'll always call Wes's first if we need HVAC help again.
