I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Even with the challenges of staffing and COVID in healthcare, West Bend's staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my family member. The managers are very informative and kept our family updated throughout the process while my dad was in rehab. Building is outdated but it isn't always about the bells and whistles!
I am a friend or relative of a resident My mom is in West Bed Nursing and Rehab. I had some meals there and it's not five star dining, but it was okay. It's slightly above average. Mom is doing physical therapy. The staff are doing a good job so far as they call to keep us updated with my mom. Mom seems to be pretty comfortable, and she also feels safe there. She knows she's in a place that she is not going to fall and that gives her peace of mind. I would recommend this nursing home.
