I got my wisdom teeth taken out here and was super nervous. The staff was very reassuring and supportive. They even played music to help me relax. The recovery instructions were easy to follow and made the process a lot smoother.
You get the feeling of professionalism and competence from this place. Dr Matin is a straightforward guy, explains things clearly. My daughter had to remove 2 supernumerary (extra) teeth from her lower jaw. The CT scan showed wisdom teeth coming out impacted as well. So we decided to remove all 6 before they got too attached to the bone and nerves. Surgery day was straightforward. My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the care and attention that we received here. My wife has an extreme needle phobia. They were very patient with her, explaining every step of the procedure and answering all of her questions. They went out of their way to gain her trust, especially considering her fear of medical procedures. Even the front desk staff treated us wonderfully and made us feel welcome, valued, and respected. Highly recommend!
Great experience from beginning to end! Tooth removal, bone grafting and implant. Dr. Matin and his staff were very courteous and transparent. Everything was explained to me at the very beginning of the process and throughout. I never felt rushed. My biggest fear was pain. I was never made to feel like my fear was irrational. I would confidently choose West Coast Oral Surgery again and again!
I came in pretty anxious as I had one wisdom tooth extracted previously and it was an abysmal experience. Dr, Matin and his staff (Ari was a star!) understood this and were determined to turn that around w the extraction of the remaining 3 wisdom teeth. From beginning to end they did that! The extraction process was excellent and the recovery has been excellent as well. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
