Great location, price, and service A clean and secure self-storage facility near the heart of Columbia City. I moved from another facility due to an excellent promotional price, and they provided great customer service - except: when I arrived to check in, the first month's rent was higher than advertised. It took showing my emailed confirmation and a call to the manager to get the advertised price, but in the end, they honored it and the rest of the check in service was top notch.

Friendly, accommodating and fair They worked with me over the phone while I was in another state to set up a unit, receive a delivery from a moving company, and even transfer units same day all with no hassle. I couldn't be happier with their service, and the prices seem pretty competitive too.
Would definitely recommend Clean, friendly, and easy process.
