The best customer service! The front desk ladies were always so supportive and helpful. On many accounts they went the extra mile for me.
Truly despicable company, raised storage prices from $84/month to $140. 80% increase with no reason offered other than “the rents have to go up sometime”. Would highly advise anyone and everyone to stay away. I’m frankly unsure this is even legal, but in any event, just absurd. **EDIT** after writing this review I received the vague response below from the owner telling me to call the local branch. I had an amazing experience. Very respectful, so friendly and so helpful staff. Highly recommend if you want to store your stuff.
I would highly recommend renting at this storage facility due to the fact that Liza (property manager) was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable. She was able to help us through the process even though it appeared to start off a bit rough (not her fault). I went there to rent a storage space and had one picked out. The only problem was that it was the last one in the size I wanted, and the automatic light sensor was not working. Liza assured me that it would be addressed immediately.
