Manager Michael personalized the Process of securing the Storage I rented by taking the time to explain line by line of the rental application. He also followed up with taking time to ask if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable and knew I wanted to be a part of this Storage community. I will share this experience to anyone that I know who may be looking for a storage facility.

I’ve been a customer at West Coast Storage in Rancho for over four years, renting multiple units, and I can confidently say this is one of the best storage facilities around. The place is consistently clean, well-maintained, and, most importantly, secure, thanks to the incredible staff, especially the front office supervisor, Mike.
