Tina has been over the top amazing so far with our moving-in process. She is so extremely friendly and welcoming! We have had our eyes on this complex for a little bit, but the renovations and new management convinced us to go for it! Nicely sized units with a good view of a main road, upper units have balconies. Lots of parking, extra storage space available, and laundry machines in every building (communal, pay per wash). Compared to other apartments at this price, these units seem to be the best quality.
The apartment hunt is hard but the staff at West Creek Apartments was a wonderful help. Tina specifically made my first time renting the easiest process and she was there to help with all my questions. From what I have seen the apartments are beautiful and clean. And with new management I can definitely see this complex becoming even better.
I know there's been some changes in management over 2.5 years living at West Creek but my experience wasn't been that bad. I had one of the updated units & compared to other apartments in Parma the unit sq. footage is nice. The neighbors are kind & it's fairly quiet with the exception of EMS sirens daily from being so close to the UH Hospital. Me and my boyfriend put an application in on Friday morning and I did call a couple times to ask questions I didn’t think I was being annoying. But we got denied for the apartment saying we don’t make enough money and we make over 1,000 a week and showed proof of the Instacart app and the bank statements so that makes no sense they just stole our $90 that’s why they told us to apply knowing they wouldn’t accept us after telling us that makes enough money Tina helped us thank you for nothing I will contact some one hire up th... read more
