I have resided at West Creek Apartments for nearly 11 years and have consistently impressed with the exceptional service provided by our property manager. She is outstanding in addressing inquiries and ensuring that maintenance request are properly attended to. I have resided at West Creek Apartments since it was known as Manor Apartments; we have experienced numerous ownership and management changes. I must say that this is the most impressive company and property manager we have had. Tina consistently responds promptly to work orders and addresses issues effectively, implementing many improvements. I was pleased to renew my lease for an additional 18 months. Tina has been over the top amazing so far with our moving-in process. She is so extremely friendly and welcoming! We have had our eyes on this complex for a little bit, but the renovations and new management convinced us to go for it! Nicely sized units with a good view of a main road, upper units have balconies. Lots of parking, extra storage space available, and laundry machines in every building (communal, pay per wash). Compared to other apartments at this price, these units seem to be the best quality.
The apartment hunt is hard but the staff at West Creek Apartments was a wonderful help. Tina specifically made my first time renting the easiest process and she was there to help with all my questions. From what I have seen the apartments are beautiful and clean. And with new management I can definitely see this complex becoming even better.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Tina, Thursday just now able to leave my review. This young lady is very knowledgeable and professional and patient I am looking for to see you again the apartment's are very mice .
