Awesome place to stay. Clean, quiet and friendly neighbors and Ms. Tina is the best management person I’ve dealt with. She’s always polite and attentive making sure the property is safe and kept, and the improvements from the new management team are remarkable. I would definitely recommend these premises for anyone from a single person to a family.

The property manager Tina was amazing, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The place is very well kept!! Very nice place to stay!! Highly recommend..

Very unprofessional service rude staff members in office maintenance usually sits in a car and does nothing rude tenants that blame you for stealing packages that you never did with no proof tenants that have three dogs or 10 cats in a one-bedroom apartment whole building smells of mold because of a flood that they refuse to do anything about office always closed when you do move out they can't find your security deposit because this properties had six different owners in 2 years never return phone calls or deal with problem... read more

As you failed to mention is we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars fixing the boilers, hot water tanks, all new commons, renovated units for new tenants and some existing. Sorry to hear we did not meet your perceived expectations.
