Yesterday, I went to West GP Dental to try their service because I have dentin hypersensitivity. After waiting for about five minutes, the dental hygienist, JAY, called my name. He was amazing and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The best part was during the deep cleaning -I could barely feel the scaler at all.In fact, I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Jay is highly recommended .if you want your teeth cleaned with real care look for him.. 🌟 The two employees are friendly too.
I am a long time, client of both locations, and have always been very satisfied with service. I was incredibly amazed to have had the latest treatments I needed – I had a cleaning and check up days before I moved, found I needed two root canals, and they were able to get me in in two days to meet my deadline, and as root canals, go, these were the most pain-free, well done, carefully completed I’ve ever imagined! Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. Everyone there seems to be there to help you. From the front desk to support staff to the doctor. Seemed friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I will surely be coming back for future needs.
Sorry, but why am I paying $850 on wires when I have 4 teeth with no wirings? I should have 12 teeth in total to have wires. 6 on lower, 6 on upper. But tell me why there was no reduction or anything about that. Why did I have pay full price?? The receptionist said I still have to pay the lab even tho they were only able to wire 6 teeths. I feel like you guys are just so money hungry. It’s so upsetting
