Terrible service. Don’t they know that a dog waiting in a car is life threatening in and of itself. Bait and switch practices to get money money spent after we waited for 4 and a half hours and our dog still hasn’t been seen. I question the eptitude of the doctors who think waiting in a car is ok for any dog, nevermind a sick dog.

Business response:

Jefferson, we know your time is valuable and can assure you that we make every effort possible to see clients in a timely manner. As we explained on the phone, our clinic operates on a triage prompt care system. Our veterinarians look at the pet’s conditions that were provided by the owners over the phone and, if stable, they are asked to wait in the car until they are able to receive medical care at our facility. We always instruct pet parents of the expected wait times which, during the pandemic, tend to be longer as we ta... read more

Worst Experience I have ever had and my very sick dog did not even make it in the door. They lie about wait times, in fact I think they just make up random numbers. They lie about the order emergency services to make it seem like their hands are tied when really they just don’t care. Don’t not expect and concern for you pet even as they are vomiting in the parking lot over and over during your 5 hour wait time in a hot car. In the end I think they make you wait so that they then can charge you more for services that were no... read more

I understand you have a Covid outbreak at your office, and I hope everyone is well, but please call and reschedule appointments so customers don't show up and not know whats going on.

We waited over an hour on a scheduled appointment and after 45 minutes of waiting went to the front desk only to wait another 15 to 25 minutes to be told sorry emergencies came up! Which I understand but you texted us to confirm our appointment, text us to reschedule or to come later! I took time off of work unpaid for my baby to waste an hour! I might be finding another Vet!!!

Last time I took my dogs in for their exams and rabies shots. Asked dr for Rimadyl for my heeler (12 yrs) who has trouble with her rear legs. Received a sample of her Rimadyl in May for 7 tablets. Just called for a refill and was advised that they can’t refill without bloodwork. So now I need to pay $140 for bloodwork and an office visit. I’ll take my business elsewhere after being a customer for over 10 yrs.

Business response:

Hi M'lisa, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your pet’s visit. We aim to provide the highest quality of care to your furry friend and are saddened that you felt otherwise. Rimadyl can be very dangerous for dogs that are not monitored while on it. It is recommended by the Veterinary Association to have bloodwork on file every year for patients who are on the medicine, as liver values are needing to be closely monitored. We want the best for your pet, and our standard of care includes yearly bloodwork and exam. ... read more

You guys overdosed my friend's dog when doing anesthesia for a spay, and couldn't pull her out of it. Then you attempted to charge him for the procedure.... Even though you just killed his dog. Can you say money hungry and careless?

My little dog was a patient of Animal crackers for 14 years. At the end of her life I called crying saying can someone please call me back on Monday were probably going to have to put lady back to sleep. Meanwhile, we had lap of love, come to our home and put lady back to sleep on Sunday. No one from Animal crackers ever called me back on Monday after my message I left. Then we have ladybugs ashes sent to Animal crackers and they knew that she passed on and no one reached out to me. No one called and no one sent a note nothi... read more
