Really gone downhill since the original Vets. retired. Now it's all about the upsale of products, poor customer service, and long waits.

Business response:

Clark, we apologize for not exceeding your expectations. We take your feedback very seriously and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and kindly ask that you give us a call at your convenience.

Horrible! They treat your pets like they’re garbage. Imagine taking a child to a doctor and having the doctor RIP the child out of your arms and not introducing themselves to the child! That’s what they do with your pets when they come for vaccines. They’ll rip the animal out of your arms, treat them like prisoners, and take their sweet time bringing them back. They take very little care of your animals. Garbage vet office! Came here for over 20 years, time to find a more caring environment. Very unprofessional and poor vet ... read more

I wish I knew exactly how to begin this review. I have never been so angry with a vet before. My husband had been taking his pets to Dr. Anderson long before we married, but this was my first time taking a pet to him. And it will be my last. I took our 16 year old cat to him because she had been suffering from an infection in her mouth. She was having trouble eating and was in obvious pain. Dr. Anderson looked in her mouth and saw an ulcer and instantly diagnosed her with calicivirus. He ran no tests or took any blood or cul... read more

About 850-1000 to clean a small dogs teeth they sure do know how to get you.

Business response:

Scott, we apologize for any misunderstanding on the dental estimate for your pet. The estimate given was between $549 and $819. This includes bloodwork, fluids, anesthesia, tartar removal, dental probing, charting and x-rays. Because of the likelihood of extractions, a variance was given to include possible teeth extractions and medication, which we would not be able to determine until after x-rays are taken. We can assure you that your pet will be treated with the highest quality in veterinary medicine and care possible... read more

About a week ago we noticed something was wrong with our black lab, Bailey. She refused to eat her dry dog food, was hardly drinking water and on/off again diarrrhea. We bought canned, wet food and I hand fed her. She would eat some, but lost interest fast. Very lethargic, no interest in playing with our other lab which was not normal. Around Tuesday, 4/17 I notice that she is looking a little thinner, which is another cause for concern. On Thursday, 4/19/18 she ate some of her canned food, but an hour or two after she threw... read more

Business response:

We are grateful that we were able to help you through such a difficult time and please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of Bailey. We look forward to seeing you again and having the opportunity to take care of the rest of your furry family members.

I have 5 dogs and have been going to Animal Crackers for over 20 years and recommending them to all my family and friends. Not anymore. I had a puppy that had been vomiting, was very lethargic and bleeding out of her back end. I rushed over to Animal Crackers. The young girl at the desk could not have been more rude and unconcerned. She told me I couldn't get into see the vet at all that day, they were too busy. I assumed I would have to wait until they could work me in, but she wasn't about to even consider that. I ... read more

Business response:

Joy, we are sorry that we were unable to help during your pet’s emergency. While our hospital is not set up to take emergency clients, we try and help out if we have a doctor available. Unfortunately, when you brought your pup to our hospital, we only had one veterinarian on staff and we were unable to assist. From the information that was relayed to our front staff about your pet’s symptoms we felt the best thing to do was to refer you to a hospital nearby that accepts walk-in emergencies so that your companion could be car... read more
