I’m reposting this so it fills the whole review page for my friend. I personally watched her agonize about the health of her sweet puppy and I am disgusted by the treatment they both received here. “I just got my 10 month old puppy fixed here and I will not ever be returning. After he was done with his pain meds I could tell something was wrong. So I called and explained to them that my dog had been sitting in a corner trembling in pain and whining for hours and they told me he is probably just still in pain. So they told me... read more
I just got my 10 month old puppy fixed here and I will not ever be returning. After he was done with his pain meds I could tell something was wrong. So I called and explained to them that my dog had been sitting in a corner trembling in pain and whining for hours and they told me he is probably just still in pain. So they told me to come pick up more pain meds. I asked if I could just get in for a check up to make sure and they told me no. And that if he was still doing it in a few days to call back. So tried calling back 2 ... read more
Business response:
Hi Ami, we’re so sorry to hear about your experience and that your puppy has not been feeling well. We left you a voicemail and would like to chat more with you about this to see if there is anything we can do to help. Please do give us a call back or we’ll try you again tomorrow.
hope you will take the time to read my dog's sad story and not ever go to Animal Crackers Veterinary Hospital with your pets again. I have been a customer of Animal Crackers Veterinary Hospital in West Jordan, Utah for over twenty years. The Veterinarian's who begin the clinic were good people who cared more about the pets in their care than the money they would make! They put down two very sick animals for me that I loved dearly and they took the time required to help me through the procedure with kindness and respect. ... read more

Rachel, we are so sorry for your loss and apologize you were not satisfied with your recent experience with our hospital. During your time on hold we were reviewing our appointment calendar but with your limited availability we were unfortunately unable to meet your needs for a Friday appointment. The soonest appointment we could offer you was Saturday morning. We will always act in the best interest of a pet and in this case, the best thing to do was to refer you to an emergency hospital nearby that accepts walk-in emergenc... read more
Took my PITBULL in for the first time since my normal vets are no longer where i usually go and when we get into the room we tell the doctor that she has anxiety and is scared of vets and he asks if she’s ever nipped at anyone and we told them no. When we try to let him examine her she freaks out and tried to get away(worse than any vet visit ever which was a red flag for me) and then the vet wants to claim that she was “showing teeth” and decides to go get a muzzle when all she was doing was squirming to get away. Breed dis... read more

Just posted this on animal crackers cat George's site. I'm am pretty sickened by the way your office "Didn't treat" our Koda, our beloved Alaskan Malamute when we called on June 19th. We have had all four of our animals under your offices care for the last 11 years, and he couldnt walk ot eat anymore. First back around dec/jan we brought our beloved Kya in because she was full of tumors. My husband pays nearly $400 for the office visit/exam and a biopsy (which was taken and we WERE charged for the biopsy, as it shows on our ... read more
My healthy chinchilla went in for a normal trimming of her teeth from Dr. Ross Anderson in West Jordan and ended up with them trimmed to the gum line along with severing a nerve to one of the teeth...she might lose both front top teeth from his barbaric pliers using method and malpractice. She is now seeing a new vet that has given me pain medication and antibiotics to treat this damage. I am furious and upset. Do not go here.
