- This place was simply awful. They didn't care what I had to say it was definitely more about the money the the care of my animals. The management was terrible. I'm sorry for this place! !
After getting off of work early Friday afternoon, and showing up two and a half hours prior to your posted closing time, I was dismayed to be told that Animal Crackers would not be able to work us in to see a doctor. I had taken time off of work to make sure we arrived in your office more than an hour (or two) prior to your posted closing. I will never go here again! We took my puppy in because her paws were bleeding and oozing goo. The vet barely looked at her, never touched her, and said she was fine. He took her temperature and said she had a fever but she looked fine and seemed healthy. We went home and she got worse! We took her to different vet on Saturday because not only were her paws bleeding but her back was too! The vet told us that she had a horribly deep skin infection and would need to start antibiotics immediately. I called and told animal crack... read more
