Very clean, nice facility. The staff is all super friendly. Took my sick puppy here as a referral from our primary vet as they couldn't see her that day and she needed to be seen right away. They were very thorough and seemed to have the best interest of my pup in mind. They were VERY transparent about cost before going forward with any testing or treatment. I will definitely not hesitate to return should my primary vet be unavailable. And bonus, the pup is already acting better!
Received care for my dog ruby who was experiencing involuntary eye movements tilting of the head and off balanced. They got her right in . Only thing I would have liked would of been paper work on the visit instead of just the bill summary. I possibly could have asked but figured it was automatically given. Nonetheless great place!
Went for the first time. OPEN ON SUNDAYS. Nice people, got in quick and they took my car back right away once I explained what was going on. Pricing is reasonable/ great. They have to make a living. They DIDNT try to guilt me into spending money on services like other vets in the area have in the past for me. They really went through the options and considered the pros and cons. We've been taking our dog to West Lafayette Veterinary Care for a year now and we've had nothing but good experiences. Every tech and vet we've met, as well as the front desk staff, have been very pleasant and understanding. They are very clear with the costs before doing any treatment and work with you to provide the right care while also being mindful of how expensive vet care can be. The techs and vet (Dr. Ambert) were wonderful to work with, answered my questions thoroughly, and worked with me to create an affordable treatment plan plus plans for moving forward. I was getting my cats back on a veterinary care plan and timeline, and they never once made me feel judged for that or my scared animals.
