I can not say enough positive things about this clinic and their staff. We took Zeus in on the 11/2 and almost lost him due to undiagnosed Addison's Disease. The staff got him diagnosed, stable, and called ahead to have him admitted to Purdue. He's now recovered from his crisis and we are finding a new normal with the help of this clinic's amazing team. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for saving Zeus and helping us navigate through this scary time.
Went to the urgent care here for my old girl since she was puking a lot and wasnt eating or drinking for multiple days. They took great care of her and kept me in the loop for everything. There was little wait and they did supportive care, sent her home with medicine along with anti-nausea. They get results fast and let you decide best next steps within budget. I also got i/d wet food for a reasonable price. Exam fee was $99 and the total was around $600 for bloodwork and urine analysis
After going to another vet veterinarian office who was overpriced and unprofessional, I found West Lafayette Veterinary Care. The tech and the doctor were absolutely kind, compassionate, and very understanding. I had to euthanize my cat, and they handled me with the utmost care and were so sweet to my little senior kitty. They were very thoughtful of me and their other patients. I wish I had found them before. I highly recommend them. They showed true compassion and they knew what they were doing.
Our dog was very sick and I was a walking They took us right away and took good care of my dog. Sapphire and they were the most kindest sweetest people I ever met. They really cared about her. I called everywhere to get her helped and this is the only place that would take her when I couldn’t save her. They did a beautiful thing of helping me through the euthanizing of her. My little girl had just gotten her seizure and so we went in for an emergency. The staff and faculty were so kind and were quick to help when she had another seizure in the waiting room and immediately came to help. I am a young college student so I always worry about finances and whatnot and the team was able to find any solution that they could do to help! I really appreciated that so much. Highly recommend.
