I genuinely want to like this vet. It’s so close to my place & had a decent, shorter wait time (1 hour) for us to show up on a Saturday afternoon for the emergency vet. I had found a small open wound & bumps around my dog’s eyes that morning. Once we showed up, I was told I can wait in my car with my pup. It’s about 82-84 F outside, my car was still hot inside with AC on. 30 min later I walked in and asked why we could not wait in the waiting area of the vet, empty at that time. Very clean, nice facility. The staff is all super friendly. Took my sick puppy here as a referral from our primary vet as they couldn't see her that day and she needed to be seen right away. They were very thorough and seemed to have the best interest of my pup in mind. They were VERY transparent about cost before going forward with any testing or treatment. I will definitely not hesitate to return should my primary vet be unavailable. And bonus, the pup is already acting better!
Received care for my dog ruby who was experiencing involuntary eye movements tilting of the head and off balanced. They got her right in . Only thing I would have liked would of been paper work on the visit instead of just the bill summary. I possibly could have asked but figured it was automatically given. Nonetheless great place!
Went for the first time. OPEN ON SUNDAYS. Nice people, got in quick and they took my car back right away once I explained what was going on. Pricing is reasonable/ great. They have to make a living. They DIDNT try to guilt me into spending money on services like other vets in the area have in the past for me. They really went through the options and considered the pros and cons. My first impressions of the clinic was great due to the facilities and the awesome vet in training, Avery. Avery has a clear and contagious passion for animals and was very kind to my anxious cat. I cannot give such high praises to Dr. Ambert. Once I received the pricing break down for my cat's treatment from Avery, I opted for the cheaper option to care for her ear infection because I was already spending hundreds on this visit.
