West Park Lofts has really stepped up thanks to the new management team. The improvements are noticeable—from better communication to a more welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. I wasn’t sure at first if West Park Apartments would be the right fit for my family, but my experience with Ms. Saunders has me seriously considering it! She was so patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The community seems welcoming, and the pricing is fair. Thanks to her excellent guidance, I feel much more confident about making West Park Apartments our new home!
WOW!. The transformation of this place is amazing. All new remodeled units with all new kitchens, baths, flooring, LED lighting and butcher block counter tops. Even Stainless Steele appliances. The new owners took over in June 2023 and have painted the commons and added new security doors and LED lights. even the driveway was sealed and striped. SOOO much better!
Ms. Saunders goes above and beyond for her residents. She's always willing to assist and very professional.
