WOW!. The transformation of this place is amazing. All new remodeled units with all new kitchens, baths, flooring, LED lighting and butcher block counter tops. Even Stainless Steele appliances. The new owners took over in June 2023 and have painted the commons and added new security doors and LED lights. even the driveway was sealed and striped. SOOO much better!
I have only lived here a few months but I am loving it. Floor plans are spacious for the price of rent, laundry facilities on site, and the kitchens are amazing. Spotless fridge, brand new gas stove, killer countertops. No dishwashers or garbage disposals though. For what it is, there is a lot of storage but they provide a "closet" type space in the basement where the laundry services are for an additional amount per month. Jessica was phenomenal, she was polite and courteous when it was time for my move in she made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my New Home !!
I love my unit and the neighborhood is quiet. I have friendly neighbors. Your around everything as well gas stations,grocery stores,food places etc
