I would not recommend living here. The property is poorly maintained, with trash and litter left around the grounds for months without being cleaned up. It creates an unsanitary environment and shows a complete lack of concern for the people who live here. The power outages are frequent enough that I’ve lost groceries multiple times, costing me money that was never reimbursed. the living conditions here are an absolute joke the management sends out letters stating high water use while they control the heat and boiler. its may and the heat is still blasting like its the middle of winter suddenly they want to check every unit for leaks. You have no control over the temperature heat or A/C The neighbors here have absolutely no apartment etiquette and when you complain about a legitimate issue management tells you you are not made for apartment living.
