EXCELLENT DENTAL REPAIR WITH REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS AND COST I had a unique problem with an old implant. Dr. Jordan after studying the problem developed a couple of solutions. The first one became unusable after considerable effort by Dr, Jordan. However his second solution solved the problem. The gap is filled and I only wish I had taken advantage of his talents a couple of years sooner. My first experience with Dr. Jordan was to replace a broken front tooth. As good as getting a tooth pulled can be. I appreciate the friendly, compassionate staff and doctors. They are very professional and courteous! I always look forward to my visits there.
Always positive experience at WRD. Lost a crown yesterday and they were able to work me in today to get a new crown on. Even with a full schedule today Dr. Jordan and staff did not make me feel as though my situation was causing them any inconvenience, as I'm sure it was. They always take good care of our family, whether it be a scheduled appt or an emergency...thank you!
Dr Jordan and his assistant were very professional and yet personable. They were very thoughtful and considerate of my needs and pain level. They did an excellent job.
1st visit a success! From the engagement of reception to walking out when done, West River was a delight! Friendly staff, a beautiful facility and a happy mouth when done completes my first visit and I'm pleased to be able to say "I've found my new dental provider!"
