Tried that crazy to actually rent a unit from this place.However, never even got through on the phone.Couldn't get my online booking.The register with the system never got in never paid for anything.Thank god! terrible service And no customer support whatsoever.You can call, but they won't answer and if they do.It's just an empty tone on the other end of the line with nobody ever talking for half an hour?Basically the worst customer experience.I've ever had in my life.
These people are the worst storage I've ever used. They lie to you. They say they will have mañana return your call but nobody ever does. They transfer your call only to leave you on sitting hold because nobody answers. Nobody can seem to help fix the reserved price i was promised only to have that price doubled. I've never been so displeased with customer service before. Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
The booking online works great from a computer, but not so great if you are using a smartphone. I ended up calling the posted number on their website for help. Megan did a great job answering my questions.
Great place to hold your things! We were downsizing my in-laws and needed several storage units for them and one for us to be able to bring back family treasures, furniture and keep sakes. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of carts to use to help on loading and unloading.... Great sizes to choose from at a very fair price. Great working with the staff to set it all up and they really helped us get several units all right next to each other. Make things very easy... Thanks! Five star all the way.
Scam. Absolutely a scam. I signed up for a unit online. Did everything I suppose to do. They gave me my unit number. Great. But they never gave me the code. I have been calling them for months trying to get the code. I called today to cancel my lease and get a refund they hung up on me. Don't waste your time!!!
