I can’t say enough about how great the entire staff was when I brought in my cat Kismet. Dr. Shaw thought enough to bring in a blanket and box treated with pheromones to keep him calm. She was so gentle and great with him. At first I made the appointment because my regular vet had no openings. But I’ll be bringing the rest of my 4 legged family in here from now on. They treated my cat like the house panther he is!
Kim Ingraham is the BEST! We spent a frustrating 3 hours at a Pet ER with our pup who was in obvious pain. After following their directions and seeing no improvement after 8+ hours, we took her to Kim. We just "showed up" with no appointment. Every member of her team bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed, and took time with our girl. Using the data from our ER visit, and the description we provided, Kim found the real problem. I was only disappointed in the front desk situation, there really should be two at the front desk so if one is on the phone the other can deal with the in person situations but dr Tom was wonderful and thorough and understanding and kind I’d definitely bring my pets back
Dr. Kim and her staff have been taking really good care of my mom's dog Zeddy, getting her back to good health. ���
