Total nightmare. No wonder they’re in trouble with the city. It smells, there’s bugs, it’s dirty. The apartments are just painted over so nothing stays fixed. They look good when you first move in, then it’s all downhill and they don’t fix anything. And $100 to park in a garage that’s seconds away from collapsing that they refuse to fix. Just like the rest of the building. Too bad because the apartments have so much potential.

I fell in love with the Apartment soon as I walked in and my leasing agent who showed it to me was great! There were a few things that needed to be tidied up but the place is beautiful well maintained to be an older building. And aside from the tenant downstairs from me calling the police because of very little noise she/he heard my first night there everything else has been great! Even the maintenance people were very nice!

FIX THE DAMN ELEVATOR!!!! Or stop renting to people who can’t easily walk up 4 floors. And Ashley’s bs response of “it’s an amenity that AIY isn’t required to maintain” does NOT fly when you charge us more and more each year for rent. And don’t bother replying with your bs copy paste response of “we’re sorry and call the office” because no one there cares or listens

My apartment has an ongoing rat problem and although I've contact the manager of the property they continue to use methods of control I've told them are ineffective and refuse to escalate their efforts. They put down glue traps that are unbaited and too small to be effective at even killing the young eats. I contacted the county and the management just corrected exterior issues and nothing else.
