Love the ...I can't find this anywhere else..." stuff / hardware/ equipment and service you get at Western Implement! Great hard-working tools and appreciable quality standards you don't find at the Orange home supply store. Was looking for 6pt 22mm hardened steel socket-- uep had it; 5/32 screws-- uep had it; 1000gallon septic-- yep. And did I mention they actually care and are knowledgeable. These folks are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a chainsaw chain damaged and I was struggling to find the ideal replacement elsewhere and online. Not only did they have the replacement in stock, they repaired the damaged chain on the spot, (Trevor I think was the guy's name, super helpful)! They also ordered in the carbide tip version of the same chain, which I had previously been told was not even manufactured. They are a little far from me, but I will drive past 3 other hardware stores just to go to this one.
I went in because I heard they sell authentic native jewelry. I went straight to the counter but had to ask who worked the counter. When the lady said she did I had to stand and wait until she finished her phone call from her family in Texas that had called to see how⁰she was doing. Yes she told me all of this before she waited on me. There was a man standing there trying to exchange a pair of boots he had bought. She had to go ask someone to please help her. Counter lady sucked.
Bill out in the rental area was amazing. We had an issue with our chainsaw and Bill stepped in and rescued the day. He was quick courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Bill for the help. You are greatly appreciated!
