We were very pleased with the work from Western Outdoor & Build. We started our outdoor project with 3 bids and thought that the bid provided by Joseph G. our designer was fair in price and looked amazing in the mock-ups provided by his team. The process was described very well by Joseph and the timeline was quite accurate in terms of the demolition and build. I called no less than 6 companies to come out and give me an estimate. Two never returned my calls, one scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Two others seemed to be good companies but their estimates came in way out of our budget. Those companies adjusted their prices to a closer range to what we were looking for but even so I was never able to actually visualize a good conceptual design. We had Western Outdoor help us redesign and implement a new hardscape with plants and firepit along the entire west side of our house. It was done as part of a larger house expansion project. Ed, Victor, and team were great throughout the entire process, always making time to talk through our design interests, make adjustments as needed, and deal with any issues during installation. Turned out beautiful and has transformed our property. Great job guys!

I spent a considerable amount of time preparing for a complete renovation of my backyard. I met with several contractors before deciding on Western Outdoor. Were they the cheapest-NO!
