Shaun showed no hesitation, methodically eliminating each one with expert precision. His knowledge was evident in how he identified the species and explained their behavior patterns. Most impressive was his calm demeanor while working mere inches from active wasp colonies. Shaun followed up to ensure the wasps hadn't returned.
Shaun has been our service rep for a few years now and has always been really courteous and thorough in his work.
