They promised an inspection and treatment , and no one turned up for inspection .i do want to acknowledge the good work by the person who came for the ant treatment with spray. For $300 the service had only basic spraying ? This is different to what was promised . No one returned the call yet ..
Shaun from Western Pest Services deserves every star possible! When dangerous wasp nests threatened our home, he responded quickly and courageously tackled the infestation. Shaun showed no hesitation, methodically eliminating each one with expert precision. His knowledge was evident in how he identified the species and explained their behavior patterns. Most impressive was his calm demeanor while working mere inches from active wasp colonies. Shaun followed up to ensure the wasps hadn't returned.
We love the team at Western Pest - especially Shawn. Every time he comes to the house he is respectful and kind - as well as knowledgeable and thorough. We always have great experience with the office staff and they are timely when we have emergent needs. Highly highly recommend!!
