Decided to sign up for a yearly contract after Kris, our technican, came out to deal with an issue that another local business did not resolve. Kris, is awesome! Professional, thorough, personal and he got the job done! Thanks, Kris!
I have used Western for many years at all of my properties and I couldn't even come up with a complaint if I tried. They are reliable, professional, expert and every technician I have ever had has been courteous and respectful of my home and property (and dogs!). I cannot recommend Western enough!
Technician arrived later than expected, but in his defense, he was very busy. I explained the treatment being used and what he was looking for during his inspection. He completed the service and thanked me for using Western.
Very efficient and professional company. Everyone is so nice. They came out right away and inspected the problem. Came back the next day and removed a wasp nest. I’m very pleased and hopefully I don’t need them but I would not hesitate to use this company again.
