We have had a good experience with Western Pest Services so far. Our technicians have always been polite and honored our requests regarding treatment. We only needed the service for 1 year, and we have a few months left on that 1 year contract. Hopefully there will be no issues with continued billing when that 1 year is up.
I’m a lifelong local resident and always seek local providers. I had a pest problem at my property and decided to get a contract for peace of mind. So I signed up for service because I had a flea infestation and also mice. The first guy came and laid traps. All was good. Second visit a different guy came and didn’t even check the traps. I’m not sure if I’m getting the service I’m paying for. I would love someone to at least check the traps in attic and crawl space. Not sure what just setting one trap in each location is supposed to do for an infestation. I had some guys come to weather proof my attic and they refused to do it because of mice infestation.
