So I signed up for service because I had a flea infestation and also mice. The first guy came and laid traps. All was good. Second visit a different guy came and didn’t even check the traps. I’m not sure if I’m getting the service I’m paying for. I would love someone to at least check the traps in attic and crawl space. Not sure what just setting one trap in each location is supposed to do for an infestation. I had some guys come to weather proof my attic and they refused to do it because of mice infestation. My technician today was very personable and informative. I have been using Western Pest services for several years now and am very pleased with their program. I had a terrible ant problem when I started and haven’t seen an ant since. I would highly recommend them.
Have been with western for 40 years. Never once failed me. Always polite and on time. They made emergency visits when I found 2 large white face hornets nests. The best group to work with
western pest services is excellent. they got rid of a hornets nest for me so i got their annual service. since they came the first time, i have not had any bugs in the house. plus the gentleman who comes to do the work is wonderful. so understanding and kind and professional! thanks!
