I always seem to have a positive experience whenever I interact with any of our local Western Pest team members. I called in this morning and spoke to Tony, as always she was very polite and helpful in making sure that our tech John was informed and prepared to help us when he got here. Then John came by today and took care of our routine service. Technician arrived later than expected, but in his defense, he was very busy. I explained the treatment being used and what he was looking for during his inspection. He completed the service and thanked me for using Western.

We have had a good experience with Western Pest Services so far. Our technicians have always been polite and honored our requests regarding treatment. We only needed the service for 1 year, and we have a few months left on that 1 year contract. Hopefully there will be no issues with continued billing when that 1 year is up.

The technician was very professional and polite, he came in my house explained what he was going to do took care of the areas in the house that needed to be addressed then did around the outside of the house. He also let me know if I had anymore problems with ants 🐜 within the 6 months I could call back & someone would come back out to treat before my next scheduled treatment, thank you for your service 😊

Western pest service was very professional. They came to my house, evaluated my problem and came up with a reasonably priced treatment plan. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. They were on time and courteous. I would recommend them to others.
