I have used Western for many years at all of my properties and I couldn't even come up with a complaint if I tried. They are reliable, professional, expert and every technician I have ever had has been courteous and respectful of my home and property (and dogs!). I cannot recommend Western enough!

Technician arrived later than expected, but in his defense, he was very busy. I explained the treatment being used and what he was looking for during his inspection. He completed the service and thanked me for using Western.

I always seem to have a positive experience whenever I interact with any of our local Western Pest team members. I called in this morning and spoke to Tony, as always she was very polite and helpful in making sure that our tech John was informed and prepared to help us when he got here. Then John came by today and took care of our routine service. Very efficient and professional company. Everyone is so nice. They came out right away and inspected the problem. Came back the next day and removed a wasp nest. I’m very pleased and hopefully I don’t need them but I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Chris our Tech is the best!!! Always prompt service when you call. I’ve been a client of Western for many, many years. Highly recommend them.
