He explained exactly what he was doing to help me have peace of mind regarding the activity in my condo. I'm having a small rodent issue and called Western. They called me back promptly and got me an appointment same day. Nick came to the house and was amazing! He REALLY knows his stuff and was very thorough, he zeroed in on the location of the mice quickly and laid traps everywhere. Maybe I should let him teach my cat how to catch mice!
