We have been customers of Western Pest Services for decades and have found them to be punctual and arrive during the 2 hour window that is set. They are always responsive when I need to reschedule an appointment or call to request an special service call. James (our technician) is thorough and efficient during the appointments. He is very knowledgeable and informative when I ask him questions during the appointment.
Always on time, professional and friendly. Thorough inspections and informative updates. They’ve respond quickly to emergency calls thus far (mostly for bees). I have their annual plan, although pricey, still feels worth it.
Jordan was very professional and thorough. He wore booties over his boots as to not bring dirt into my house which I appreciated. I highly recommend Western Pest. I have been using them for over 10 years and they have always been very responsive.
When I used Western Pest services, it was fine. But I’ve moved out of my home and from NJ for nearly 2 years now and I continue to get emails, calls and notifications that they’re coming to service my home ( with a date and time) even though we have called & written them on numerous occasions to tell them to stop and that we are no longer the homeowners. What do we have to do to stop this nonsense??
Awful service. According to my Ring camera, the technician showed up at my house for literally one minute, spread some type of treatment and left. And I was charged $154 for the “treatment.” Plus they insist on treating for spiders and ants in January when it’s 18 degrees outside. Really?! Ridiculous and a rip off.
