As always the home inspector arrived during the appropriate timeframe, was very polite, professional and did a thorough inspection. He even put covers on his shoes before entering, and asked if I needed help moving a heavy item. Rio is a great representative for your company as all prior inspectors have also been. I contacted Western regarding a hornet issue on my property. They were able to come out the next day. I opted for the service contract so they also inspected the inside and outside of my house. Our tech Stephen was very professional and friendly and did a great job! I love how they sent a report immediately via email about the services that were performed in any recommendations for safety for people/pets afterward.
