As always the home inspector arrived during the appropriate timeframe, was very polite, professional and did a thorough inspection. He even put covers on his shoes before entering, and asked if I needed help moving a heavy item. Rio is a great representative for your company as all prior inspectors have also been. I contacted Western regarding a hornet issue on my property. They were able to come out the next day. I opted for the service contract so they also inspected the inside and outside of my house. Our tech Stephen was very professional and friendly and did a great job! I love how they sent a report immediately via email about the services that were performed in any recommendations for safety for people/pets afterward.
Carlos was amazing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Receptive to all our questions and took care of all of our concerns. Mike also came for the inspection and was extremely thorough and knowledgable. Very happy with this extermination company.
Carlos Alamonte arrived on time and quickly found the wasp nest, even though it was hidden in the wall. He took great care of my safety the whole time. He immediately took care of the problem, all the while explaining to me what he was doing and how dangerous wasps can be. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. So glad I called Western Pest Service.
I was being swamped by lantern flies. The technician came explained everything and was honest that it wouldn’t eliminate them but it will get the population down. He was thorough and so far I can finally enjoy my backyard again! I have one more treatment and you can bet I will be calling Western in April!!! Thank you
