As always the home inspector arrived during the appropriate timeframe, was very polite, professional and did a thorough inspection. He even put covers on his shoes before entering, and asked if I needed help moving a heavy item. Rio is a great representative for your company as all prior inspectors have also been. I contacted Western regarding a hornet issue on my property. They were able to come out the next day. I opted for the service contract so they also inspected the inside and outside of my house. Our tech Stephen was very professional and friendly and did a great job! I love how they sent a report immediately via email about the services that were performed in any recommendations for safety for people/pets afterward.
I was being swamped by lantern flies. The technician came explained everything and was honest that it wouldn’t eliminate them but it will get the population down. He was thorough and so far I can finally enjoy my backyard again! I have one more treatment and you can bet I will be calling Western in April!!! Thank you
