The serviceman came to the door and introduced himself. He then explained what he was going to do while he was at my house. I can’t remember his name, maybe Tom?, and he was very nice and polite. He was very efficient and left when he was finished.
The man Tom, was so knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand. He did his job so well, showing me how things were to work. Tom made a me feel so at ease, & reassured. Great work!!!
