We were confused with the time frame and no one was at our facility when the representative arrived. I received a call from Lisa and the representative was kind enough to wait until I arrived to let him in. The gentleman was very kind and understanding and did a great job.

The serviceman came to the door and introduced himself. He then explained what he was going to do while he was at my house. I can’t remember his name, maybe Tom?, and he was very nice and polite. He was very efficient and left when he was finished.
