Professional and pleasant staff, and at least the exterminator I met was flawless. Answered my questions and concerns, explained what he was using and how it would work, and reviewed his work with me when he was done. Couldn't ask for more. Their sales team does push a ~$50 monthly protection plan on you, but if you have pests wandering in you want to be able to call them back, so I think its worth it. The receptionist on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician came to take care of my problem on schedule. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He sprayed the inside and outside of my house to take care of my insect problem. He called me before he arrived, as I was told that he would. I highly recommend western Pest control to anyone who needs that kind of help.
Very thorough! It was an easy process from start to finish working with this company, and I am confident the treatment received took care of the problem. Definitely would recommend Western Pest to others and use them again in the future.
Not happy with the fact they literally no Advance notice when they are coming. Yesterday afternnon they advised me they were coming this morning so as a result when they came nobody was home. A total waste of an appointment
