Everything was perfect, easy and fast. Technician was punctual, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
We've been using Western for a couple of years and they are great. We used them at our old house we're mice was our biggest problem. In our current house we had a roach problem this time last year and they've done an amazing job getting rid of everything! Mark in particular is fantastic. He was recommended by a neighbor and we've now recommended him to several other friends. The scheduling is easy, the pricing seems fair, and we look forward to our short chats with Mark. We feel very comfortable having him in our home.
Western pest is one of my favorite vendors to work with. They’re always on time, incredibly polite and professional, and make time for us in between treatments if we have any issues. I highly recommend them. Additionally, one time when we weren’t home and they did a service, they sent me a text message of the things that they had accomplished!

The technician Romaio was the absolute sweetest guy! I was not home, but caught it all on camera him coming into my apartment and being so sweet with my dog. He bent down and was petting him and had a little conversation with him, which made my dog feel comfortable about having a stranger come into the house. He didn’t have to do that and it made me so happy. He did a great and thorough job resolving my little ant problem. This company is lucky to have such a nice employee!
