This company traps and encloses live birds/live animals within buildings to die. They have zero care for wildlife. They do not care to remove anything prior to “completing” their job. It’s disgusting and inhumane to let animals die because of this company’s negligence. Edit: The branch manager was contacted and they essentially said they won't do anything unless they hear back from property management. I trust Diana more than anything, she’s like family, shoe won’t tell me I need something I don’t knowing my situation, she is thorough, and always honest. My tech is always on time and listens to all of my questions and every possible what if scenario. He lets me spiral before calmly talking me back down. I love that you can call them to come collect traps and reset as much as you need. Thankfully, I’ve only needed one reset in 3 months but I appreciate this service so much!
Mark, Western Pest’s technician arrived on time and asked if we had any concerns before he got started. After a short discussion, Mark explained what he was going to do and then went to work treating the outside of our home.
