Michael came to my apartment today. He really is a lifesaver. He found holes that have existed for years and went without repair. I hope my problem is done. I think it is because Michael really put his best foot forward had a lot of integrity and no job was too daunting for him to achieve. I'm very thrilled that the management sent Michael to do the job. Mike was very professional. He made sure to explain to me how the extermination process of mice could take place. He brought chemicals and baits for rodents and put them in places where my golden retriever will not reach. As suspected, the problem started from the wall behind the stove where 3 big wholes were left open and became the entrance gate to my apt . I live in an apartment complex and we use these guys for us, I had the pleasure to meet Michael and wow! He was just amazing! From all aspects, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had! Even off hours! He was the best exterminator and person in general I have come across! Very professional and always willing to help! I recommend them always!
Erick is always on top of things and quick to answer any questions. I have him handling pest control needs at two properties I manage, one in NJ and one in NY. They are consistently reliable. WPS is definitely my go-to for any property that needs pest control.
I had a mild infestation of roaches, and didn’t know where else to turn. I saw the reviews for Western, and gave them a shot. I believe Stanley was the gentleman’s name who was dispatched to my home in Brooklyn, but he was extremely friendly and overall very professional. He sought out where the infestation started, and handled it for me efficiently and safely. If this issue happens again, I will be sure to reach out. 10/10 thank you again!
