I can't recommend Mike enough! He's an absolute gem when it comes to extermination. Super chill, friendly, and genuinely helpful—Mike really goes above and beyond. He doesn't just spray and leave like most others; he takes the time to find the root of the problem and offers long-term solutions. Ryan is the best exterminator we have ever had. iIcommend your company for hiring a person of such excellent quality. Many others have been ,at best , really mediocre. i would like to write to the company executives because Ryan must be given ther recognition he deserves

Michael is the absolute best! We are so lucky our building contracts with Western Pest Services. So many other exterminators would just spray and say “see ya next month!” Not Michael! He really listened and worked with us and had an actual plan to combat our bug problem. Happy to report the problem is now solved! Huge thanks to WPS!

We had ants in our apartment and our building contacted WPS- they came over the same day and Michael was beyond helpful! He was so friendly and did such a thorough job, making sure he identified all the problem areas, talked me through what he was using and how it worked, and was also thoughtful about our cats. I am so appreciative of his level of service and consideration!
