I’ve been a business customer for more than a decade. I’m only giving four stars because my usual guy Harvey doesn’t get sent all of the time like he use to. I wish that they would allow the person that handles my account and knows the space would be the person that ALWAYS shows up. I would have to explain to the other techs if we have had any issues. When Harvey shows up, he knows exactly when and where to treat and we’ve had no issues.
Michael came to my apartment today. He really is a lifesaver. He found holes that have existed for years and went without repair. I hope my problem is done. I think it is because Michael really put his best foot forward had a lot of integrity and no job was too daunting for him to achieve. I'm very thrilled that the management sent Michael to do the job.
