My name is Martha and my sister was Mary Coles. I will say for the first 6 months I wasn't very happy. But after that she was there for 3 years and I can tell you the service was wonderful. She had Cerebral Palsy and they treated her like nothing was wrong. They called her by her name. They learn to understand everything that she was saying.
