September, my cat had a medical emergency which sadly was terminal. Everyone at the emergency facility was so empathetic. And the vet tried her best to keep him alive but the cancer had spread too far. And this must be an unlucky year as my young Boxer started experiencing issue and pain walking. Our cat had a medical emergency on Easter morning and our vet was closed, we’d never been here before but we’re glad we chose it. Everyone there was so kind and compassionate as we had to make the choice to let our little guy go. They took care of everything from his medical treatment all the way through to his cremation. I can’t say enough about this clinic and how nice they were.
Our family dog, Vina, needed immediate medical care last week. She was the happiest dog and full of energy. Unfortunately she passed away very suddenly. Westford Veterinary took her in immediately and made not only her, but me very comfortable. Their compassion and care was top knotch. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys for everything
No stars would be the correct rating! Our cat swallowed something that had to be surgically removed. This was not my first choice of veterinarian to go to only because I had another vet for emergency services, closer to home, that I preferred. Unfortunately they were turning people away because they were overwhelmed with emergencies so I went to Westford. Westford did the surgery then sent the cat home one day later. First time I had to take my kitty to an E.R. and it was in the middle of the night. We had a great experience. Everyone was nice and explained everything to us. Hopefully we don't need to take our soul mate to an E.R again but if needed, I would go back there. Leoh wants to give a special thanks to Dr. Gautreau and her team and ask for forgiveness for the lion that comes inside him when he is in the vet 🫣 🤗
