Staff was very personable, yet professional. I believe I was the last patient for the day, but Dr. Carter did not rush, but took the time to address my concern and offered a treatment plan. I was very pleased with my visit.
Haven't seen a Doctor in years due to mine retiring. Went to Dr. Carter for my first visit and he was great. We came up with a plan for me and he talked me through it in ways I understood.
He listened well and thoroughly queried me about a variety of possible symptoms. Then he discussed possible approaches with understandable explanations.
Very courteous and helpful with my checkup. Staff friendly and set up my next appointments with no problems.
Dr Carter is very open to listening to everything I have to say about issues. Never feel rushed and he is thorough.
