Update: Had to get Legal Aid involved. Shortly after posting my review, I got back my $501 and my entire $350 security deposit. Worst apartments management company and apartments in Tulsa. Sucks because the location is great… (Roaches): There's an infestation of roaches and bugs in building 520 unit 1. See pictures. If I could give it 4.5 I would.😍 Here 3 years. Staff does everything possible to make issues right. I had only had 2 issues that needed corrected. Otherwise a good place to reside. Landscape kept beautiful. Parking can be tight at times. Great team Sherry, Doris & Jason good people that watch out for the tenants.👍🏽 Hopefully plan to stay as long as possible.
Westpark is a wonderful place to live. Quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Moving here was a great choice for me and my family. We hope to be here for many years to come. They are quick to fix any maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend Westpark for anyone who is looking for a quality place to live.
It's a great place to live! The maintenance crew is always on top of everything. The front office workers are absolutely wonderful. I'm happy to be a resident!
I have been living here for three years, the first two years were great! I loved it, maintenance kept up on things, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it felt very safe! Since moving units, there are roaches and no annual sprays, LOTS of maintenance issues, hot water issues, the building smells like marijuana despite the smoking free policy. My car has gotten stolen from the parking lot over night, windows busted and car rummaged through and they have no cameras. The rent goes up every year despite any improvements. This... read more
