Incredible staff and a safe community! I've been living at West Park Apartments since November 2025 and I absolutely love it here. Lance at the front desk made my move-in successful with his kindness, patience, and understanding. Sherry the manager is also incredibly helpful and always communicates promptly. The property is well-maintained, feels very safe, and the team goes out of their way to support residents (like providing food for families over Christmas). I am so grateful to live here!
I lived st Westpark 11years I love my apartment. It's great community .thanks for awesome 12 years now .i think i cou ok d live here rest of my life i am 57. Hey Chrystie do you still happen to reside here may I ask? I feel i have been given the runaround for quite some time now with them always giving me a 3yr time span in being waitlisted! I applied exactly a year ago and still no update! So frustrating but I feel it’s definitely worth the wait seeing how nice spacious and clean they are! How long did it honestly take you to get in? I’m waiting on a 3bdrm!!
The worst, dated design, lots of bugs (ants, spiders, roaches), slow maintenance, terrible customer service if you can even get ahold of them. And supposedly they have security but my wife and I had both of our cars broken into while in their parking lot. I’ve reached out several times now and still haven’t gotten a call email or text back about our security deposit.
Update: Had to get Legal Aid involved. Shortly after posting my review, I got back my $501 and my entire $350 security deposit. Worst apartments management company and apartments in Tulsa. Sucks because the location is great… (Roaches): There's an infestation of roaches and bugs in building 520 unit 1. See pictures.
