I was greeted by staff who courteously and quickly accessed my account. The doctor saw me right away. Nurse and doctor listened carefully and addressed my concerns. They were thorough in their examination and explained what they were doing each step of the way. They kept me informed about test results and medications prescribed. I had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility, thanks to the amazing Dr Datta and Marissa who took care of me! From the moment I walked in, they were kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond to my concerns and explained everything in detail, making sure I fully understood my treatment plan. I love this office. Everyone from my family has been to this this location at least once or twice in the absence of our PCP. We’ve all had a great experience. The staff is pleasant and Dr. Datta is warm, empathetic and professional consistently. It’s great to have this practice close to home without the long wait for an emergency room or when we need to be seen after hours or on the weekend.

While away from our home on Christmas break my 3 year old daughter spiked a fever and stated her ear was hurting her. We traveled from a town over to Westport to seek an evaluation at this urgent care facility as it advertised pediatric care.
