While away from our home on Christmas break my 3 year old daughter spiked a fever and stated her ear was hurting her. We traveled from a town over to Westport to seek an evaluation at this urgent care facility as it advertised pediatric care. I assumed that meant it had a caring and empathetic physician on staff who is accustomed to dealing with pediatric patients. I was wrong. Dr Janet was completely the opposite. I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times in the last month with my two kids, my 2 yr old granddaughter and myself, and I’m very happy. I was seen promptly, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was thorough and proceeded with the best treatment if any was needed. I definitely recommend it!
I arrived just before closing time and they graciously extended their hours to assist me. I had a minor procedure performed (splinter removal), and they were kind and efficient. I would say I’ll be back, but of course I would prefer not to return! Thank you!
I have been visiting Westport Urgent Care for some years. I was so glad to see several of the same staff as when we moved here 7 years ago! They are so supportive and helpful. Best Urgent Care I have ever visited!
