It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. I was seen quickly after I registered and the nurse and provider were both professional and caring. I will definitely return to this location and appreciate how quickly and easily I was able to get help.
Great experience with Westport Urgent Care. No waiting for an appointment, I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of my arrival . I was diagnosed and my prescription issued very quickly. All the staff I came into contact with, were super friendly, very helpful and informative. A very good visit.
Westport Urgent Care is one of the best in our areas. The staff greets you warmly, the facility is very clean and the doctors really care in helping. They do not rush you out. They actually listen.
I have never been to any urgent care so I didn't know what to expect. Westport Urgent Care was great. the location is very convenient and I was surprised that on a Saturday morning there was no wait time as I was a walk-in. It took me longer to sign in and submit my insurance information and ID than to get an appointment time (2 minutes from when I walked through he door).
