The assistants are great but we may reconsider and go to another orthodontist. I have a high functioning autistic son with adhd and I took his step mom with me so we could both help coach him through getting his braces put on and so we each stood on either side of him. We were asked to sit down by the dentist because she thought we were overwhelming him. We know our son and in the end 3 assistants were crowded around him instead trying to do the same thing. Staff is very sweet and amazing with their patients. They did a fantastic job on my daughters braces and helped ease all her anxiety going into it. Best of the best!
Westrock Orthodontist in Searcy, AR is THE WORST!!! The most unprofessional, unorganized business I've ever had to deal with! There's no communication or customer service!!! Don't bother leaving messages bc they will NOT call back... They only call to cancel appointments bc nobody knows what's going on! Westrock Orthodontist lost my kids records & canceled her appointment to get her braces off! What a disappointment!!! She wore her bands religiously, she did her job, wish Westrock would do theirs!!! NO STARS!!!
My daughter was kinda scared going in ..but the ladies were awesome.. explained every move they made with her. Went over the do's and dont's.. they asked my daughter during the entire procedure was she okay . Lannah said she is so glad we chose Westrock..
They always are good to explain to my child what they are doing in order to help him with his anxiety issues. They are always encouraging to him about how great he is doing.
