I have had to have 2 tires fixed in the last 2 weeks. Both times they were able to get me in right away and going with no issues. Never have I felt they were just trying to get the most money out of me and truly show that they want to do what is best for the customers. Their staff is Always friendly and so welcoming.
Went with a flat on a 1200 miles on a new tire. Had road hazard problem.sales person #006DS an d technician#66TE did not return my lock and lug nut set. 006DS charged full price for ne× tire, expected an adjustment on my tire, he said we don't give any hazard warranty on tires. So a few months ago I spent road hazard on my equinox $80 per tire. Spent $2200.00 on tires.
