I've been a tenant at a building this company manages for a few years now and i recently had an issue with my unit that got taken care of right away. I've lived at a few different properties in the area and its nice to be living at a building that's managed by a company that is actually responsive. I called in to create a work order and they scheduled and took care of my issue right away. Their maintenance coordinator accommodated my schedule and was very helpful over the phone!

Just another shell for predatory developers to pretend to take care of their tenants. Anyone who isn't well versed in law and has a good lawyer will get run over by people like this, and the city is incapable of protecting citizens from them. They should all be in jail.

First , if I could give 0 star I would just like the last tenant noted. Let me tell what happened , this management company just bought this building in ********* ** approximately 1 1/2 ago which was during Covid rises up and down . I was under the rent Is key program where I got them to pay them for 5 or 6 months rent which was like ****. A month. If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me tell you. I rented out 1121 Daisy in Long Beach. It started off great. Lavina was the first person I had to deal with. In the beginning my boyfriend and I loved this place. I was expecting so we decided it would be a great place to bring our child in. The first day I moved in there was a dead roach in the corner.
